Terms of service

1. Acceptance
By signing into REMMIC you agree to these terms on behalf of your brokerage. If you can't, don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
REMMIC is open to legal entities holding a current Real Estate Agent (REA) licence issued by a recognised Pakistani regulator. Individual agents may not register independently.
3. Verification
Membership requires submission of NTN, REA license, registration documents, director CNICs, and bank account details. We may suspend or terminate accounts whose verification lapses.
4. Conduct
Brokerages and their agents agree to keep all transactions on-platform, to disclose end-clients accurately, and to refrain from off-platform commission arrangements that bypass REMMIC's audit trail.
5. Token receipts
Receipts generated through REMMIC are immutable. Corrections require generating a superseding receipt; the original is preserved for audit.
6. Commission invoices
Commission invoices issue to both brokerages on a confirmed Sold transition. Invoices unpaid for 14+ days are flagged Overdue. Brokerages with invoices unpaid for 30+ days are auto-suspended.
7. Disputes
Disputes are escalated to REMMIC ops within the platform. By using REMMIC you agree to abide by the ops resolution process for disputes raised on-platform.
8. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect what we need to verify identity and audit transactions, and nothing else.
9. Liability
REMMIC provides the platform and the audit trail. Title verification, payment settlement, and tax obligations remain the brokerages' responsibility.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance via in-app notification and email.
