REMMIC accounts are administered by your brokerage. We don't reset passwords automatically.
Contact your brokerage admin
Your brokerage admin can issue you a new temporary password from their admin panel. You'll be asked to set a permanent password on your next sign-in.
Tell your admin you can't sign in and which username you use. They'll generate a temporary password and share it out-of-band (in person, phone, or whichever channel you've already verified).
Are you a brokerage admin who can't sign in? Email ops at help@remmic.com with a copy of your director CNIC.
